Patty McCabe - Chief Editor and Society EditorHello! I’m Patty, a third year historian at Durham University with a taste for good coffee, red lipstick, and ‘old skool’ hip-hop. I specialise in nineteenth and twentieth century European cultural and intellectual history. On the side, I dabble in art history (although some would say I am painfully conservative in my tastes) and mannequin dressing.
Joe Strong - Culture EditorHello! I’m Joe, I’m a third year historian at Durham, enjoying distracting myself from the perils of being a finalist. I specialise in American film history, as well as the Black Death – keeping it as cheerful and diverse as possible. I’m a film and theatre nerd and a huge fan of travel and war literature, such as Martha Gellhorn, but pretty much give everything out there a try (even the Tate Modern…).
Nick Thomas - Politics Editor and Web DesignerI’m the Kaleidoscope Politics Editors, Web Editor and a Durham History student in my Final Year. I have a particularly avid interest in politics and economics of the international variety. However, I enjoy all ranges of opinion, as long as you have you own! I spend my days playing various sports, wasting endless hours on strange subReddits and riding my motorcycle. Looking forward to hearing from potential politics writers!
Sara Page - Review EditorHi I’m Sara, currently in my final year at the University of Bimingham studying French and Drama and Theatre Studies. I’m a huge performing arts enthusiast and love being either a performer or audience member in anything to do with live music, dance and theatre. I’ve recently discovered a new-found love for travel and travel literature and like to throw people off the artsy image of me by rock climbing and bouldering.
